program assists neglected and abused children in the court
system, serving youngsters in Red Willow, Furnas & Hitchcock

Community Hospital Auxiliary
Auxiliary members perform many services for patients and
staff at Community Hospital in addition to supporting the
hospital through the donation of funds and equipment. For

Family Resource Center offers 16 separate programs &
services to help families in the McCook area. Volunteers are
needed for many of these programs, some of which include
child care, and for general office help. For more

Habitat for Humanity helps build housing for low
income families who can't otherwise qualify for a mortgage.
Volunteers are needed for fund raising activities, Board of
Director positions and various committees as well as for

Heritage Senior Center The Center has many
volunteer opportunities throughout the community. If you

Meals on Wheels -
The Heritage Senior Center provides home delivered hot
lunches to people 60 and older who are unable to prepare

Museum Of The High Plains Historical
