The Chamber Salutes . . .

Ag Appreciation Breakfast

Approximately 135 from the ag industry were guests of the McCook Area Chamber of Commerce and a number of sponsors at the Ag Appreciation Breakfast held on March 29 at the Fairgrounds Community Building. The Ag Task Force expressed their satisfaction that the first-time event was such a great success and commended the sponsors for making that possible. The event had to be postponed from the previous week when the area experienced an early spring blizzard. Please thank these sponsors by visiting their place of business:

Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon

Each year the McCook Area Chamber of Commerce expresses appreciation to our many, many volunteers throughout the past year by hosting a Volunteer Luncheon. This year the luncheon was held on April 26 at Pizza Hut/KFC/TacoBell with approximately 60 volunteers in attendance. The Chamber is so dependent on the generosity of time and talents offered by each and every one of our volunteers. As a small token of appreciation, those in attendance also received a McCook Area Chamber coffee mug filled with sweet treats.
